We started by developing a comprehensive digital-first strategy designed to strengthen Betterfelt’s overall brand presence and increase consumer engagement. The approach focused on refining the brand’s identity, optimizing its website for enhanced user experience and SEO, and developing a content marketing plan that would highlight the company’s ethical mission and craftsmanship. Social media efforts were streamlined to ensure a cohesive brand presence, while targeted digital advertising campaigns were launched to maximize reach and sales. Additionally, public relations efforts were planned to secure media coverage that would enhance brand credibility and visibility.
The first step in execution was brand development. We refined Betterfelt’s brand identity by defining its key messaging pillars, creating a distinct visual identity, and developing audience personas to guide marketing efforts.
A website redesign was also a critical part of the strategy. We developed a modern, optimized website with improved user experience, mobile responsiveness, and seamless e-commerce functionality. The site was designed with SEO best practices in mind, incorporating keyword optimization and storytelling elements to enhance visibility and engagement.
Content marketing played a significant role in driving organic reach. We created engaging blog content and social media storytelling that highlighted Betterfelt’s Fair Trade mission, craftsmanship, and the Danish concept of “hygge.” Through strategic SEO research, content was developed to attract and educate customers on topics relevant to the brand, including sustainability and product care.
Social media content was carefully curated to align with Betterfelt’s messaging, leveraging different formats such as videos, behind-the-scenes features, and user-generated posts.
To drive sales and maximize visibility, Anamorphiq launched digital advertising campaigns that targeted potential customers through social media and Google ads. These campaigns were particularly effective during key sales periods such as Back to School and Black Friday, increasing both website traffic and conversions.
Public relations efforts further enhanced Betterfelt’s brand credibility. Anamorphiq secured media placements in top-tier Canadian publications, including The Kit and The Toronto Star, helping Betterfelt gain recognition in holiday gift guides and positioning it as a go-to brand for ethically produced wool felt slippers.
